Return Policy
We sell liquidation inventory at deep discounts, so our return policy is a little different from a big box store. Here is exactly how it works.
Unopened Boxes: 30 Days
Unopened, undamaged boxes of flooring and tile can be returned within 30 days of purchase or pickup for a refund of the purchase price. Product must be in original, resalable condition.
Opened Product and Pallets
Opened boxes, installed material, and pallet or lot purchases are final sale. Liquidation pricing means we cannot restock opened or used product, so please measure carefully before you buy. Our coverage calculator on each flooring page can help you order the right amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or refund you, your choice.
How to Start a Return
Email sales1@buildwithprism.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns are accepted at our Dayton warehouse at 71 Seldom Seen Drive. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the product is inspected.
